​Natalia Revelles López is a contemporary artist based in Alhaurín de la Torre (Málaga in Spain), known for her unique style in which she fuses the human figure with animal characteristics. Born in Córdoba in 1983, in a family deeply connected to art, Natalia grew up influenced by key figures in the cultural scene. Her grandfather, Mario López, was a poet and painter, a member of the renowned Cántico group, one of the most significant references in Spanish poetry. Her mother, also a painter, was her first teacher and source of inspiration, guiding her to develop a sensitive and open outlook on the artistic world. This artistic environment played a crucial role in the development of her vocation, leading her to the Faculty of Fine Arts Alonso Cano, where she enrolled in 2001.

During her university years, Natalia stood out for her dedication and passion for art. After graduating in 2006, she began participating in various group exhibitions, where her work attracted attention due to her interest in nature, animals, and the exploration of new forms of pictorial expression. Her approach, marked by a deep and emotional gaze toward the natural world, became a constant feature of her work.

After a break, in 2020, Natalia decided to return to painting with a project deeply linked to her life philosophy. Her work focuses on the exploration of the unconscious, viewing art as a means to connect with the deeper dimensions of the human being. Through the fusion of female figures with natural landscapes, Natalia creates compositions that reflect the duality of humanity, represented as an interconnected whole. She combines wild nature with human consciousness, addressing themes such as human evolution, the relationship between instinct and reason, and the internal struggle between the visible and invisible forces that drive us.
